Preparing images for consideration:
Select three of your best examples of plein air painting. The images submitted should be unframed paintings.

· Each image should be in JPEG (.jpg) format and sized to 1000 pixels at their largest dimension (height or width). Each Jpeg is not to exceed 1MG.
· Identify each Jpeg as follows: Your LASTNAME, then FIRSTNAME, followed by the painting number (e.g., Painting #1, Painting #2, and Painting #3).

How to submit your materials:
Artists may submit materials in one of the two following ways:

#1. - VIA WEBSITE:
(includes Entry Form, jpegs of 3 unframed paintings, and Entry Fee)
Fully complete an Online Artist Entry Form - CLICK HERE which will include $35 Entry Fee payment online via credit card or Paypal.

#2 - VIA US MAIL:
(includes Entry Form, jpegs of 3 unframed paintings, and Entry Fee)
· Send us through the US Mail the following items:
1. Fully completed Printed Artist Entry Form - CLICK HERE
2. A CD or thumb drive containing the 3 JPEGS of your best plein air paintings. Clearly identify each Jpeg as follows: Your last name, then first name, followed by the painting number (e.g., Painting #1, Painting #2, and Painting #3).
3. Please label your CD or thumb drive with your name and address.
4. The $35 Entry Fee. Make your check payable to:
Ontario County Arts Council Plein Air Painting Competition Fund
5. Enclose all materials and mail to:

6. If you wish the CD or thumb drive to be returned to you, enclose a self-addressed, stamped envelope.
